Abstracts should be prepared in the form of a file and submitted according to the instructions below:

• To prepare an abstract, please use the attached MS Word Abstract template (Calibri font type, 12 pts font size, single line spacing required).

• If you cannot use the MS Word template, please submit your abstract as a text file (.txt).

• Language of the submitted abstract: English

• The abstract should include the title, full names of author(s), affiliation of author(s), and keywords

• In case of multiple authors/affiliations, please use index numbers in superscript

• The maximum length of the summary is one A/4 page

• The files should not contain headers or footers

• To send an abstract, you must first register for the conference (obtain a login)

• Each participant may send a maximum of two abstracts. If an incorrect abstract was sent mistakenly, please send a corrected abstract and send a request for cancellation of the incorrect abstract to the e-mail address iau388loc@oa.uj.edu.pl

• Sent abstracts can only be deleted by sending a request to the e-mail address iau388loc@oa.uj.edu.pl, along with the abstract number.

The deadline for sending abstracts is February 15, 2024
