Poland has its own currency - Polish Zloty (code - PLN). Therefore, the registration fee is quoted in this currency.

The conference fee must be exactly as stated in Polish Zloty. Conference fees given in Euros are only approximate values ​​for illustration purposes.

Conference fee includes:

· Admission to the scientific sessions

· Welcome reception

· Coffee breaks

· Lunches

· Conference dinner

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received by February 15, 2024 - full refund of the registration fee minus banking charges. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Cancellations must be conferred in writing to the email address: iau38loc@oa.uj.edu.pl All refunds will be processed after the conference.

We would like to call your attention, that only registered participants, or registered accompanying persons are allowed to enter the lunch areas and the evening programs. Visitors without a badge are not allowed to enter the above-mentioned programs.

The conference fee can only be paid by card or bank transfer. It is not possible to pay this fee in cash. Bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference code (IAU388).

Travel grants or other forms of funding are available for students or researchers from developing countries. You can apply for them using the form included in the travel grants tab

No fee is required to gain access to sending abstracts and login to the conference. To go through this registration process, please indicate on the third page of the registration form the amount of the conference fee (1400 for early registration or 1800 for regular registration). The fee may be paid later!!!, in accordance with the adopted registration program. Persons not exempt from the conference fee will be formally registered as participants after paying the fee.
